CallZenix helps connect independent contractors with remote customer service opportunities for major Fortune 500 companies.
We partner with Arise Virtual Solutions, which provides access to client programs across different industries.
You select a client, complete their certification training, and then begin handling inbound calls directly from your computer — just like a traditional call center, but from home.
We are currently accepting new clients, however, we are currently not accepting new applicants from the following states:
• California
• Connecticut
• Maryland
• Massachusetts
• New York
• Oregon
• Wisconsin
To qualify, you must:
• Be 18 or older
• Live in the United States
• Have reliable internet
• Own a computer and USB headset
• Have a quiet workspace
Some programs may have additional requirements depending on the client.

CallZenix supports you through setup, training, and ongoing success so you’re never navigating the process alone.

Depending on the client program you choose, work may include:
• Customer service
• Order support
• Billing assistance
• Technical troubleshooting
• Chat or email support
• Sales
All work is remote and schedule-based.
There are a few standard onboarding expenses required by the work from home platform, such as:
• Background check fee (Up to $75). The background check fee is based on the client opportunity. Note some clients opportunities may require additional background authentication such as a drug screen test. Type of background authentication will be provided during the review of the opportunity announcement.
• Refundable class confirmation deposit in the amount of $50. refund after the 2nd day of class.
• Required Work From Home Equipment:
• A Desktop or laptop Computer
• Windows 11 and intel 5 or higher
• USB Headset
• Dual Monitors
• High Speed Internet
Majority of the certification courses themselves are free. However, this is subject to change, based on the service client.
Yes. All agents must complete a skills and readiness assessment.
Important points:
• Your results determine the level (tier) of opportunities available to you
• Answer honestly and carefully — it impacts your access to programs
• If you do not pass, you must wait 30 days before retaking it
• Passing the assessment is required before servicing any client opportunity.
Yes — removal may occur if any of the following happen three times:
• Failing 3 certification classes
• Dropping 3 active client servicing programs
• Terminating 3 Statements of Work (SOWs)
Consistency and professionalism are required to remain active.
